Terms of Service
Last updated June 10, 2026
The service
Common Purse is a wedding budget planning tool, currently offered free of charge as a beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Not financial or legal advice
Budget suggestions, contract summaries, and vendor comparisons are generated with the help of AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are a planning aid, not financial or legal advice. Always read the actual contract before signing it, and verify payment amounts and due dates against the source documents.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You're responsible for having the right to upload it (for example, contracts that name other parties) and for who you invite into your wedding's data.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Beta service, no warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep your data safe and the product available, but during beta we can't guarantee uptime or that features won't change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which during the free beta is zero.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the beta with 30 days' notice by email, with an opportunity to export your data.
